Booking & Workshop Onboarding 


Drop us an instagram DM or an email with the workshop you are interested in, number of participants and preferred date & time. Once your details are confirmed we can begin the workshop onboarding process!

Ideally, we suggest booking 20 days in advance, however express delivery can be arranged for extra charge.

Once your session details have been confirmed. The host will need to complete the workshop onboarding process, which includes:

  • Participant details sheet — Input all participant details for packages to be sent.
  • Statement of Work — Outlines the details of the session as well as other important information. To be reviewed & signed. 
  • Invoice for Deposit — We charge a 20% deposit, the rest of the 80% will be sent via another invoice once the session has been completed. To be paid via bank transfer or Paypal (debit & credit cards included). 

Once all three steps have been completed, we will begin creating and mailing off the packages.

The invoice can be paid via bank transfer or Paypal. Debit and credit card payments can be done via Paypal as well.

Yes, you will receive an email confirming the date of the workshop and the number of participants with an invoice for the workshop upon booking with us.

Yes, all the participants will receive an email 3 days before the workshop, with the zoom link they’ll need to attend.



Platfrom & Interaction


Our Co-workshops use a combination of presentation style interactions and breakout rooms. We design our each session to start with low touch interaction points. Eg. using the voting, chatting and annotating tool, to get everyone comfortable around one another. This creates a safe and fun space when we dive into the 1-2-1 breakout rooms. 

We highly recommend that everyone turns on their camera for the best workshop experience! Connections are always easier to make when you can put a face to the name 👀

We use zoom to host our workshops! The breakout rooms are an essential part of how our workshops are structured.

We will organise the link ahead of time, and send it out to the participants ahead of time!

Breakout rooms are sessions where everyone splits off into smaller groups away from the main meeting. We use breakout rooms so that participants can have better, more comfortable 1-2-1 conversations with others!



Facilitators


Yes! We (Andrea & Michelle) will be personally facilitating the workshop. As facilitators, we will introduce the premise of the workshop, organise breakout rooms, and facilitate a reflection wrap up at the end of each workshop.

No, our Co-workshops designed to include zoom breakout rooms along with presentation style intros & outros. However, we’d be happy to customize a workshop that can fit your needs. Feel free to email us at hello@liim.studio, we’ll try our best to accommodate!

Two facilitators will normally be present!



Logistics 


It depends on the workshop! But a good amount is generally 8-18 participants, as our workshops are designed to suit small, intimate groups. 

Our co-workshops have been designed to best suit small and intimate groups. But if you are interested in hosting a co-workshop for a large team, contact us at hello@liim.studio and we can share some ideas about alterations we can make for our workshops to suit your team.

 All our regular packages come with a drink for each participant. We also have various options for combinations of premium drinks & snacks. However if you are looking for full meals or catering, please send us an email at hello@liim.studio and we can try our best to customise this for you.


Pricing & Customisations  


Ideally, we suggest booking 2 weeks in advance, however express delivery can be arranged for extra charge.

Our co-workshops start at £800 per session, and increase as the number of participants increases as well! For a more detailed quote, message us at hello@liim.studio with your chosen Co-workshop, number of participants and prefered date & time.  

Yes, drop us an email at hello@liim.studio and we can send over a PDF of all the customisation options! We’re also happy to customise any part of the workshop. Note: there will be a customisation fee!




Packages 


The addresses will be collected as part of the workshop onboarding process. An excel sheet will be sent with spaces for you to input all participant details.It will be the host’s responsibility to ensure the sheet is filled out and completed by all participants. This ensures that we can get the packages out to everyone on time.

Yes! The tracking details from Royal Mail will be sent to the participant’s email or phone number. We will also be sending follow up emails for participants to confirm receiving the package. Once all packages have been received, the host will receive a confirmation email letting them know.

This depends on the timeline of your booking, hosts will recieve a deadline as part of their Workshop Onboarding process. Typically, the hosts will need to fill in all participant details 14 days before the scheduled Co-workshop. Exceptions include: request for express delivery.

For some workshops (North Star) participants can still join the workshop without a package by using a digital PDF version of the question cards and worksheet.

If your package hasn’t arrived 3 days before the workshop, due to postal error or delay. Drop us a message at hello@liim.studio and we will have it delivered by bike to your address (PedalMe) just so we’re extra sure that you’ll have it in time for the workshop.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently ship our mailer packages internationally. But if you are international and would like to take part in a co-workshop, we can offer digital PDF in some versions of some of our Co-workshops. (North Star Workshop) Drop us a message if you’d like to enquire further!

The packages should normally arrive 5-7 days before the workshop date. If your package hasn’t arrived 3 days before the workshop, contact us at hello@liim.co and we will sort it out!




Changes & Rescheduling 


Yes! We suggest that you let us know 14 days before your scheduled co-workshop. Drop us an email at hello@liim.studio. Depending on the reschedule date, we should be able to accommodate. Note: There may be extra charge for express delivery. 

To add additional participants, we suggest that you let us know 14 daysbefore your scheduled co-workshop. We are also able to send extra packages under our express delivery charge.  Alternatively, some of our co-workshops have a PDF pack for international participants or last minute additions.  

Unfortunately, your deposit will not be returned if you choose to cancel your co-workshop. If you cancel less than 10 days before, we will charge the full amount. A lot of preparation work goes into preparing the packs! We highly recommend messaging us to see if your co-workshop can be rescheduled.

Please let us know 14 days before your scheduled co-workshop, if you’d like to switch. Unfortunately, if you have ordered customisation for your packs we will not be able to switch without incurring additional costs.
