Interactive workshop
A workshop where participants explore the emotions: joy, fear and anger, through bread making. The repetitive act of kneading facilitates a comfortable space for participants to reflect on and release unresolved feelings.
Participants are given dough infused with natural dyes, and are invited to knead it with a specific emotion in mind until fully coloured.
